The Collections team at CU*Answers has offered virtual and in-person collections roundtable offerings for a few years now. “As CU*Answers continues to prosper in far western locations, many of the clients are not able to visit us geographically and with the changes to person to person contact over the last few years, we decided to promote this virtual option more intensely to allow them the same access to information as those locally,” said AVP Jerry Collins at CU*Answers.
“We were concerned about losing the ‘discussion’ feature that is generally found with online groups but using a moderator to watch and verbalize chats we have kept it one of the most popular roundtables with over 80 attendees each quarter,” continued Jerry. They will keep this feature although they are promoting more personal interactions with their clients in the future.
The Lender*VP Collections team serves as a partner for collections for many of the nearly 320 clients using CU*Answers across the country. Some credit unions are permanent fixtures who have years of partnerships with us while others prefer a ‘repair and return’ policy.
