eDOC Innovations recently announced the successful completion of their first User Group Meeting, titled Organic Collaboration, held in Grand Rapids, MI.
In December 2009 a group of fourteen credit unions that partner with eDOC Innovations for e-document solutions formed a user group based on shared enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation. Representing states from South Dakota to Maine, this group came together for the first time on May 5th for a peer-to-peer collaboration meeting, which included leaders from eDOC Innovations and other cuasterisk.com network affiliated CUSOs. Topics covered included compliance readiness and going green ‘inside and out.’ This meeting featured hands on training with eDOC’s solutions as well as networking opportunities and peer roundtable discussions.
According to eDOC, this meeting provided stellar feedback. “We were very pleased to collaborate with some of our peers and the cuasterisk.com network at this user meeting,” stated Bret Weekes, President/CEO of eDOC Innovations. “The enthusiasm this group has generated in just six months is truly remarkable. Nothing conveys the credit union message more than a group of peers strategically leveraging their CUSO(s) to grow their business. Collaboration creates organic growth for credit unions, and this peer group is a living testament,” he continued.
