CU*Answers announced that Cody Smith has joined the Earnings Edge team. Since joining, he has developed further interactions with current clients, and some that just joined the CU*Answers network. One of the main goals joining the team is to become a regular accounting live week support trainer. He has worked directly with post-conversion inquiries from Illinois Community CU and SPC CU team members.

Prior to joining the team, Cody worked on the Client Services & Education team for approximately four years. During that time, he gained knowledge on credit union operations. He became one of the primary pre-conversion trainers. He has enjoyed working 1-on-1 with the credit union’s Education Coordinator and really building a solid relationship, all over Zoom conferencing.

Since 2013 he has been working in the credit union industry and have worked as a teller, member service representative, and some various management duties. Cody is looking forward to many successes on the Earnings Edge Team and working with clients so they can succeed to their fullest.
