The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that one of their Client Services and Education team members has taken a position on the CU*Answers Quality Control team. “The Client Services and Education team is a great place for an individual to begin their career at CU*Answers,” stated Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of the Client Services and Education team. “The team is the front line of support for clients as it relates to CU*BASE®, CU*Answers’ core software platform. Due to the nature of the calls, being on the Client Service team requires a very in-depth understanding of the software.” She continued, “The experience that individuals gain on the Client Service team is invaluable, and provides opportunities for growth within the organization.”
Pauline VanZalen, manager of the team added, “The Client Services and Education team is proud of the internal training programs that we have. We work with our team so they gain expertise in many areas in an effort to propel their careers. Our team is not only the front line of support for the software, they also host training sessions throughout the year, are responsible for training our new clients prior to converting to CU*BASE, as well as post conversion support.”
