The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that Martha Anderson has joined the Client Services and Education team as an account executive. Ms. Anderson has an extensive background in the credit union industry and with CU*Answers. She started her career at Thornapple Credit Union where she worked for 11 years, and 2000 Martha joined CU*Answers first as an account executive on the client services team for 2 years, before moving to the conversion team where she spent 15 years, working her way to VP of Delivery Services.

“This is a great place for me to be as I am winding down toward my future retirement,” said Anderson. “I am truly enjoying the opportunity to train and share my knowledge with a new generation of client service representatives and future experts within the credit union industry.” Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education added: “Martha brings so much knowledge of CU*BASE® and the industry; it is a pleasure having her on our team.
