Automated Ops Queued for All In-House Credit Unions

CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative, announced that it received the final go ahead from Falmouth, Maine-based Cumberland County Federal Credit Union to implement its OpsEngine automated operations toolkit. When the project is completed, the CUSO noted that all of its self-processing credit unions would then be utilizing the OpsEngine software and services bundle to streamline daily operational processes.

“Over the past year, we have worked hard to position our OpsEngine solution as a ‘must have’ to help our in-house core data processing partners streamline their data center,” said Jeff Miller, Business Development Manager for the CU*Answers Production Team. “We knew it would be a game changer if we could package the same tools and best practices that support our online environment, serving nearly two hundred credit unions across the country every day, into a cost-effective solution for our self-processing partners. Our clients responded overwhelmingly positively, and the CCFCU project will complete the deployment at all of our in-house centers.”

Once the OpsEngine project is completed, Miller noted that his business development efforts will “be focused on adding even more automation routines to the OpsEngine toolkit for CU*BASE® credit union data center operations teams to become even more resilient and effective.”
