Automated Operations Projects Keep CUSO Hopping

CU*Answers, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently announced that two more of its self-processing customer-owners had given the go ahead to implement their CU*BASE® GOLD Automated Operations Toolkit.  The two credit unions that will be moving forward with the project are Horizon Federal Credit Union (Farmington, UT) and Fox Communities Credit Union (Appleton, WI).

“When we announced our Automated Operations Toolkit last fall, we were confident that many of our in-house credit unions would move forward with implementations in 2013,” said Scott Collins, a Vice President at the CUSO.  “The Horizon and Fox Communities projects re-enforce that new business development efforts across multiple lines of our core business would be embraced by our customer-owners in their ongoing quest to become more effective data centers.  Since the toolkit we are deploying in our partner data centers leverages the same suite of software modules from Help Systems that we have utilized in our 24×7 SaaS business for several years, our clients are able to hit the ground running as they plug these new tools into their business plan.”

Collins noted that the new implementations were expected to be completed over the next month.
