CU*Answers, the 100% credit-union owned, cooperative CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has partnered with Frost Financial Services, Inc. to offer a single sign on to allow a flow of information between CU*BASE^®, CU*Answers’ core processing platform, and the Frost website to quote Misc. Coverage options.

The integration between CU*BASE and Frost allows applicant and collateral information to be exchanged. The integration eliminates the need to rekey the applicant and vehicle information in both systems. All the required data will be populated from the application data from CU*BASE and auto-populate to the Frost website.

The SSO connection takes place when adding a predefined code in GOLD to quote GAP or Mechanical Breakdown coverage. After entering an applicable code, users will be launched from GOLD to the Frost website to retrieve the quote. Once the coverage is accepted, any documents can be printed from Frost using the data imported from GOLD and the coverage selected. The coverage quote is then returned to the loan application in GOLD to finalize the application.

The integration is now available for any CU*Answers credit unions who have an existing relationship with Frost.
