The Lender*VP Collections division of CU*Answers added yet another client to its growing list. Minnesota-based Wakota Federal Credit Union enlisted the team’s services bringing the total clients for Collections to eighteen.

The team has clients nationwide, primarily concentrated in the Midwest area. “We love it when clients have heard of us,” said Jerry Collins, collections manager. “They reach out to us to help them solve their daily collections challenges. It shows that providing the service we do of concentrating on solving issues, not just asking for payments, proves to be the logical solution.”
