CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO, will be hosting a free webinar on April 12th at 2:00 PM ET. The webinar will educate credit union clients on how to communicate with their members through texting. By partnering with Xtend, credit unions will be able to call or text their members using a cloud based text program called Zipwhip.

The Zipwhip service activates existing phone lines to support texts between credit unions and their members. Members will be able to text their credit union from their mobile phone, and credit unions will be able to respond from a computer, tablet, or even smartphone.
