Arriving March 19th, the New Navigation system will bring many exciting new features to CU*BASE®, CU*Answers’ core processing system. Designed with the search-driven generation in mind, the 17.03 release will allow users to search for tools, sort them alphabetically, and even set up lists of favorite tools tied to individual employees.

CU*Answers is offering six training webinars with recorded sessions now through March 15th to make the transition as smooth as possible for credit unions and their staff. Five credit union clients will begin using this new system starting February 26th in a preliminary beta period.

“The navigation enhancements have empowered each user to design and organize their menu settings with the tools they use most often. Whether you want to see every tool on the system or only your assigned access tools, the view can change with the click of a button,” said Deb Slavens, Honor Credit Union.
