Enhanced CU*Answers Online Member Opening Process Arriving Soon

In early 2017, CU*Answers will launch the account creation phase in an automated membership opening process designed with mobile in mind. It is loaded with customizable features with identity verification, and configurable pages to provide a printable membership card and information about how to fund the account.

Shortly thereafter, the account creation process will be enhanced by enrolling the member automatically into online banking so they can fund the account themselves, and finally the ability to use a credit card to fund the account.
