West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO Xtend recently introduced Danielle O’Connor as the new leader of its SRS Bookkeeping unit. She rejoins Xtend from the CU*Answers Conversions team where she specialized in mergers & deconversions. Prior to working with CU*Answers, Danielle worked with Xtend as the SRS Bookkeeping Assistant Manager. She returns to the Xtend team with knowledge of the responsibilities and expectations of the job.

O’Connor said: “I’m very excited to be returning to Xtend with these new responsibilities, and I look forward to working with the team and continuing to grow with upcoming challenges and opportunities. My time with the SRS Bookkeeping team was key to my professional development, and I hope to inspire the same kind of passion for the job in my new team.”

Xtend’s back office team assists 100 credit unions across the nation with daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks and 5300 call reporting. Bookkeeping is one of three units at Xtend, the contact center and the sales, marketing & business development teams being the other two.
