CU*Answers Enhances Mobile Web/Mobile App Banking Security

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO is enhancing the security for It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking and Mobile App Banking. Matching the existing security features of desktop banking, logging into mobile web or app banking will allow members to hide their typing when answering a required security question. If a member is not sure of the answer to the security questions presented, they can now also use the new “Change Question” button to be presented with a difference challenge question to answer.

It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking provides the backbone for the free CU*Answers Mobile App as well as any third-party apps that wrap around it.
