Xtend Team Member Joins the CU*Answers Client Services and Education Team

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that they recently hired a team member from their sister CUSO, Xtend, Inc. Xtend offers a wide variety of services to CU*Answers clients and their members, using the same core software, CU*BASE®. “The Client Services and Education Team is a great place for an individual to begin their career at CU*Answers,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. “The team is the front line of support for clients as it relates to CU*BASE. Due to the nature of the calls, being on the Client Services and Education Team requires an in-depth understanding of the software. The experience that individuals gain while in Xtend is invaluable, and can lead to opportunities for growth within CU*Answers.”

Pauline VanZalen, Client Services Manager added: “The Client Services and Education Team is proud of the internal training programs that we have. We work with our team so they gain expertise in many areas in an effort to propel their careers. Our team is not only the front line of support for the software, they also host training sessions throughout the year, are responsible for training our new clients prior to converting to CU*BASE, and provide post conversion support.”
