CU*Answers Deploys Latest Software Upgrade

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, has deployed the latest software upgrade to its flagship core processing system, CU*BASE®. The CU*BASE 16.05 software upgrade was released to online clients on May 15th and will be deployed to Self-Processing clients on June 6th. According to CU*Answers, the software upgrade is one out of three major deployments among the CUSO’s annual software release plan. The 16.05 software release has several exciting new features that touch nearly every facet of the core processing system. New features have been automatically deployed to member facing tools, imaging components, CEO/management reporting, lending/collections, back office and much more.

The Cooperative CUSO stated that up to 85% of new software implemented in CU*BASE software upgrades are based directly from client suggestion. CU*Answers went on to say that all software improvements are being released to clients at no additional cost.
