Ops Engine Uses Collaborative Partnerships to Innovate

Ops Engine, the CU*Answers production center, recently announced it will partner with Sage Direct, Inc. to offer improved services to handle the production of daily member notices. Sage Direct, Inc. is the same trusted partner the CUSO has worked with for years for statement processing and tax form production.

Ops Engine will create and securely transmit a data file of daily member notices to Sage Direct, Inc. who will brand, print, sort, and mail them the same day. Instead of printing, inserting, and posting notices, credit union staff¬ will be free to focus on other responsibilities and opportunities.

Any credit union utilizing the CU*BASE® core platform can participate. Julie Gessner, CMS Sales Coordinator, said: “Ops Engine has contributed to a win-win service for credit unions and members.
