The OpsEngine Production Center at CU*Answers has been making constant strides over the course of this year with the addition of an organization-wide team focused on capacity planning and system oversight. With a higher level of oversight than ever before, support staff has made changes to system settings, added automation of system maintenance on off-peak hours, and streamlined other system support functions. CU*Answers has been able to make full use of a versatile processing system which allows on-demand increases to memory processing capability.

With broad-spectrum teams dedicated to system capacity and data management, significant savings in system overhead and larger processing windows have resulted. Because of these positive results, the Production Center anticipates continuing this campaign into the 2016 calendar year.
