CU*Answers presented another collections roundtable session for the fourth quarter and it continued to prove overwhelmingly successful. In attendance for the roundtable were credit union clients from Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. To better accommodate those traveling from afar, the Collections team hosts two sessions: “We have clients come in from all over the country sometimes and it gives them the option to not have to be here early in the morning,” said Jerry Collins, Collections Manager.
CU*Answers supports training and the open forum environment to not only gather input from their clients, but to help the other clients think and create. CU*Answers also takes this time to listen to proposed changes to the CU*BASE® core platform that might help in the work performed by collections and lending officers.
