For six years cooperative CUSO CU*Answers and its Lender*VP Collections team have offered a quarterly roundtable in which credit unions meet and discuss the hot issues facing collections work and how to solve them. Word of the popular and productive sessions has flowed into associated industries. John Butler, an attorney with the firm of Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle, P.L.L.C., asked Collections Manager Jerry Collins for permission to address the roundtable again.
