In October, eDOC’s collaborative model set a new standard for integration when CU*Answers and its Imaging Solutions team released “Smart Links” with the 15.2 CU*BASE^® release. “Working with our VARs to help them become mobile digital transaction management [mDTM] specialists ultimately drives success to the credit union and end-user adoption,” commented Mark Fierro, Executive Vice President of eDOC Innovations.

This release allows credit unions to configure buttons right in the core processing system that interact with eDOC functions and documents. “What is particularly unique here is the quantity and operational accessibility in this level and depth of integration. More than 40 different configuration points are now included in the system as embedded functions to eDOC solutions within the core platform.
