CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, is pleased to announce that they are offering a new training tool for their clients, the CU*BASE^® Custom Training Edition (CTE). Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education said: “CTE is a new alternative to the shared simulated training environment currently used by all CU*Answers online clients. Now, clients can have a copy of their own membership data set up as a training environment, available only for their credit union’s employees. CTE gives our clients a safe place to practice using CU*BASE tools, learn new skills, and experiment with new features without potential harm to their live member data.”

Pauline VanZalen, Manager of the team added: “Because CTE is a copy of the credit union’s actual files, both the product configurations and member accounts will be familiar and will behave like they do in the credit union’s day-to-day environment.”
