It’s Me 247 Online Banking Enhanced to Allow First Time Users Access via Mobile Banking

West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is rolling out a new ability with their online banking product, It’s Me 247. In the past, when members used It’s Me 247 for the first time they had to accomplish this via a PC. Now with the newest 15.2 release of CU*BASE® members can log in for the first time with their mobile device. The enhancements also give members the ability to update their passwords, set up or change security questions, and accept the Online Banking User Agreement via mobile web banking.

Per a CU*Answers representative, “Members are using their phones more and more for online banking, and some of them don’t have access to a PC to start using It’s Me 247. Now they don’t need one to activate.”
