Log Cross Sales Activity with a Click in CU*BASE®

CU*Answers is rolling out a quicker way to log cross sales opportunities. With the release of CU*BASE 15.2 upgrades, credit unions will be able to activate the new cross sales shortcuts so that member service representatives and tellers can enter a cross sales opportunity right from the Inquiry and Phone Operator options of CU*BASE. For the staff this is a no frills shortcut where there are no lookups for the fields: just type the three codes and click Log. The system will automatically fill in the employee ID, date and a generic block of text for the tracker note.

CU*Answers also added the shortcut feature to the handy “last 10 accounts used” window. Now a single click can log cross sales activity for a recently served member.

This is a great new tool to make the work easier for the credit union staff. Now when the tellers or member service folks talk to a member about one of the credit union’s cross sales promotions, they do not have to use a scrap pad to jot down a note then log the task later after the member leaves. This tool will let them log the work without missing a beat.
