In the spirit of continuous training, knowledge expansion, and toolset advancement, CU*Answers recently offered a class for credit union lending, accounting, and management teams on how to perform write offs and charge offs in the CUSO’s flagship core processing product CU*BASE^®. This was a compliment to their recent loan processing upgrade that added fifty-two data points for enhanced tracking of loss information.

“We were expecting twenty to thirty people to attend, which is typical, but we had sixty people actually attend the training,” noted Jerry Collins, the Collections Manager at CU*Answers. “I think this speaks volumes to the commitment from the credit union world about staying on top of changes and learning to work with them. Credit unions are growing and so must their knowledge if they are to remain competitive. This response and dedication shows they are ready for the challenge.”
