CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, recently held its August Tricks of the Trade webinar. This month’s webinar focused on the 15.1 release of the core platform, CU*BASE^®, that client credit unions received in July. The webinar visits back on some of the features implemented, helping answer questions staff might have, such as how to set up email notifications for loan applications initiated online.

CU*Answers offers a new “Tricks of the Trade” webinars monthly for credit union clients to be able to view live or review at a later point in time. The series provides quick hitting tips on accomplishing various tasks within the system and interesting CU*Answers news that clients may have missed.
