CU*Answers has been encouraging employee development through their Employee Participation Program (EPP) for over 15 years. For the last year and a half the organization has focused on providing the highest quality of training for their employees. The Trainer Certification Program was implemented to help set a standard of excellence for those employees who train EPP Courses. To date this exciting quality driven program has already certified 100 employees and continues to add 10-15 new trainers each quarter. With topics like powerful presentations and audience engagement, the certified trainers are strengthening their talents and skills in the classroom to offer the most relevant and engaging employee training sessions possible. CU*Answers will continue to raise the bar in employee development to meet the changing needs of the credit union industry.
