CU*Answers, data processor to nearly 200 credit unions nationwide, recently unveiled its Building the Factory series of how-to manuals designed to help its clients take advantage of revenue-generating and expense-mitigating opportunities within CU*BASE®, the data processor’s core processing software. The series of 30 instructional guides show clients how to use CU*BASE to complete marketing and managerial campaigns from start to finish as quickly as possible.
The guides include detailed step-by-step instructions and examples to give clients an idea of which members to target with the marketing campaigns or which members to focus on to mitigate risk. The volumes currently fall under five primary categories: driving loan volume, income impact, managing credit risk, cross selling opportunities, and risk management. Pete Winninger, Manager of Sales and Service for CU*Answers Managed Services said, “The series is provided to our credit unions at no additional cost. All the tools are out there for the credit unions to use; we just want to make sure they’re getting the most out of their CU*BASE investment by making campaigns even easier to execute.”
