CU*Answers Converts Next CU*BASE® Client

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing cooperative, announced that it has recently completed converting Washtenaw Federal Credit Union (Ypsilanti, MI) to its CU*BASE processing platform.

CU*Answers said the credit union implemented the CU*BASE SaaS processing solution, which offers a wide variety of member self-service capabilities. Several of these include the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system, e-statements, e-alerts and e-notices, Mobile Web, Mobile Text, CU*Talk Audio Response, and much more. CU*Answers added the client has also implemented its online CU*Spy Vault archival solution, which includes e-receipts, Photo ID capture, various loan and membership forms as part of its electronic document management strategy.

CU*Answers said Washtenaw Federal Credit Union represents approximately 7,000 members and $38 million in assets. It added that this credit union represented its 8th new client conversion to CU*BASE for its 2014 fiscal year.
