When Collection’s teams grow it is usually due to a downgrading economy. Not so with CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, as their Collections team added three new positions over the last two months. “It’s great to be able to help our economy and the clients at the same time.” said Jerry Collins the Collections Manager. “Some positions were from attrition and some were to support new clients and it makes for a great team dynamic to get new people with new ideas and fresh perspectives.” CU*Answers added one new full-time spot and two part-time positions. All three new hires started within one week of each other.
