West Michigan-based data processor, CU*Answers, recently conducted a regional training event for its Ohio partners. The one-day training event was held on May 8th in Middletown, OH at MidUSA Credit Union. The training event focused on marketing and sales topics and how to utilize the tools within the CU*BASE® core processing platform to help develop new sales initiatives. Throughout the day, CU*Answers and credit union staff explored unique tools that help drive bottom line income, contact members, create sales campaigns, and share best practices for implementation.
Keegan Daniel, Manager of CU*Answers’ Gividends unit and trainer for the Ohio Regional Event indicated that credit union professionals were interested in learning how to utilize the robust toolset of the CU*BASE Member Connect program in strategic alignment with their marketing, communication and virtual branch development plans.
CU*Answers stated it is proud to announce the regional education events are offered as a free service to all CU*Answers clients and is one of many education events offered at no extra cost.
