CU*Answers Urges Credit Unions to Just Turn It On

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core processing CUSO, recently announced that in March 2013 it will begin a new initiative for credit unions on its CU*BASE® core processing platform called “Just Turn It On.” The service is meant to assist credit unions that want to implement a new product or feature, but don’t know how to configure, use, train for, or disclose it.

For a small fee, the new service will include activation of a CU*BASE product and the completion of all associated tasks such as updating CU*BASE configurations, writing documentation for board approval, and developing member disclosures. Currently, credit unions can choose from A2A transfers, Abnormal Activity Monitoring, Automated Decisions, Debit Card Round Up, Member in Good Standing, and more as the product they would like to implement.

A CU*Answers representative added that before the official launch date, the CUSO is offering five credit unions the opportunity to try this new service for free as a sample of all that the new service has to offer.
