West Michigan based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, released January’s Top 10 Questions searched on its AnswerBook digital research system. The CUSO has compiled this easy-to-access list of questions and answers so inquiring clients can quickly gather the information they are seeking. The AnswerBook digital research system is a collected pool of frequently asked questions received by the CU*Answers Client Services Team. When a client services representative responds to a question that has been submitted, it is recorded in AnswerBook. Questions that can benefit the entire network are submitted as knowledge items so that anybody can see.

Currently, the AnswerBook system houses over 2,400 questions and answers in its knowledgebase.  CU*Answers stated it is happy to see so many clients actively using the AnswerBook system and will continue to remind its Credit Union network the benefits of the digital research tool.
