CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned CUSO, stated that their Client Service and Education Team delivers a Did You Know newsletter to their clients on a monthly basis.  This newsletter holds new information to be aware of and has something noteworthy to remember. The December 2012 publication CU*Answers announced its new Online Campus which features new classes with individual logins for all credit union staff members – free of charge.

CU*Answers also announced its upcoming makeover for their online banking platform, It’s Me 247.  The projected launch date for the new look is January 28, 2013.

The newsletter also contains marketing for their partner, eDOC Innovations upcoming training events, as well as information on updated documentation and release summaries.
