The 100% credit union-owned CUSO, CU*Answers, has finalized rollout of its new online campus to all of its credit unions. This campus allows staff to take classes that fit their schedule at a pace that works for each staff member’s learning style. CU*Answers has partnered with CU Training, Inc. to utilize its content-rich delivery system that focuses on “the credit union way” of doing things.

“This is just another step in our commitment to providing excellent training and service to our credit unions,” said Scott Page, EVP of CU*Answers. “As we assist our credit unions in meeting their strategic objectives, we must also provide robust training resources, which are an integral component of helping staff achieve their goals. We have found over the years that success starts with training, and that is why we emphasize delivering quality resources over multiple channels to meet the needs of the credit union and its staff.”

The CUSO added that in addition to its online training, CU*Answers offers web conference training sessions, videos on demand, reference materials, step-by-step instructions, and more.
