CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned CUSO, announced that their Client Interaction Management Team (CIMT) is partnering with the Sales Team to assist with product demonstrations for potential clients.

“We are now able to bring a more diverse group to a product demonstration for a potential client, by engaging our product experts”, says Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. “The majority or our experts come from our CIMT.  Not only are we able to bring more expertise to the table, this also gives the potential client the opportunity to meet with many of the CU*Answers team members and learn the depth of their industry knowledge along with their product knowledge.”

This fall the CIMT assisted with over 15 product demonstrations.
