As part of their commitment to their network of 200+ credit union clients, CU*Answers, a cooperative CUSO, provides professional education courses (classroom and web-based) on topics relevant to the needs and current events of the industry. Included in the series of courses offered on the topic of Information Security, interest in Business Continuity Management and Planning continues to grow. To accommodate this demand, courses are offered regularly on topics such as “The Case for Business Continuity”, “Common Business Continuity Planning Mistakes” and most recently this November, “Simplifying Business Continuity Management”.

Designed for credit union professionals responsible for continuity risk and/or the development and maintenance of their credit union’s disaster recovery plans, these courses are created and presented around a framework for building organizational resilience and the capabilities for an effective response.
