West Michigan-based data processor, CU*Answers, recently announced some exciting enhancements to its CU*BASE core platform. Loan officers, using the CU*Answers CU*BASE core data processing system, can now add unlimited employment and income information in a loan application – all on one screen! The improved features are added to an already robust CU*BASE Household Information feature that stores important information about the member for future research and marketing.

A CU*Answers representative added that in order to better serve members today, being able to store and access additional information quickly is pivotal. With the enhancements being made to the CU*BASE Household features, as well as other developments in the areas of member information dashboards and “Know Your Member” research tools, credit unions utilizing the CU*BASE platform will have an edge on being able to create focused marketing campaigns.
