CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based CUSO, announced the release of its newest “Learn from a Peer” Dashboard – the CD Rate Analysis. CU*Answers’ Learn from a Peer dashboard provides credit unions with a way to compare other credit unions with their own using the CU*BASE software. With the newest enhancement, certificate rates can be compared with multiple credit unions on the CU*Answers network.

The dashboard allows credit unions to compare rates according to the length of the term (“Short” – up to 1 year, “Mid” – 1 year to 2 years, and “Long” – 2 years and above). Currently, up to two comparison credit unions can be selected to view all rates across all terms side-by-side with their own.

This newest analysis adds other Learn From a Peer analyses, including: Bill Pay Service Charges, Cashed Check Fees, Check Printing Fees, Deposit Item Fees, Money Order Fees, Phone Transfer Fees, Self Service Fees, Starter/Replacement Fees, Tiered Services Program Configuration and Tiered Services Peer Analysis; with more being added all the time.
