Aberdeen Federal Credit Union has signed with eDOC Innovations to expand their collaboration to include its system generated COLD Reports and Statements. Based in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Aberdeen FCU serves over 10,000 members, and utilizes CU*Answers as their data processor.
“Aside from the obvious benefits of eDOC’s 2020COLD® system, this project allows the automation of Aberdeen’s tax forms and storage using eDOC’s document workflow suite DocLogic™. We are pleased to provide this added layer of integration the credit union peer desires,” commented Bret Weekes, President and CEO of eDOC Innovations.
Renee Kulesa, Vice President of Accounting and Information Systems commented “We are excited to add the capability of archiving all our tax documents within our in-house system. 2020COLD® system will facilitate the creation of all our tax form documents. With eDOC’s tax forms imported into the system, we can generate these documents in no time, while also complying with the archival requirements in the same process.”
