CU*Answers 2012 Pricing Guide Released

CU*Answers announced that its new 2012 Price Guide includes several strategies as based upon CU*Answers on-going commitment to reducing credit union costs.

CU*Answers said certain highlights included:

  • EFT (ATM/ Debit) online transaction processing fees were reduced by 10%.
  • For bill pay clients, a new tiered pricing schedule was introduced for client’s having larger volumes. CU*Answers also said that all bill pay clients could look forward to projected additional price reductions in upcoming annuals.
  • CU*Answers recently announced alternate printed statement style options for members capability provides a variety of new ways for credit unions to better serve members, and earn additional dollars.
  • CU*Answers also announced holding the line on nearly every CU*BASE fee – including its e-Commerce offering, which includes unlimited Online Banking, e-statements, Mobile Web Banking, audio response usage and more for a flat monthly fee.

In announcing its 2012 fiscal Pricing Guides, CU*Answers reiterated its cooperative CUSO commitment to working hard each year to consistently add new features while simultaneously either reducing or freezing nearly every CU*BASE related processing fee…in essence, doing more for less to assist every client maximize their bottom line potential.
