CU*Answers, the data processing CUSO located in Grand Rapids, is holding its third quarterly Collections Roundtable February 4th from 9:30am to 12:00 pm EST.
Held at CU*Answers offices, the Collections Roundtable is an open forum discussion on collections laws, internal procedures and CU*BASE processes. Jerry Collins, Collections Manager for the CUSO, will be hosting the event. His collections team at CU*Answers provides early stage collections services to credit unions utilizing CU*BASE. Today, his team has over 66 years of collections experience, and has worked in the consumer collection industry for both credit unions as well as other financial institutions.
