CU*Answers has reported that it will be transitioning 116 of its CU*BASE credit unions to the CU*Spy powered by eDOC electronic document vault by year end.
According to the CUSO, it has been working diligently in building capabilities through expanding integrations with eDOC innovations. Presently, there are 47 credit unions generating image data to the eDOC solution, with 45 of them archiving e-Receipts, 42 with Photo IDs, and 5 with e-Loan forms.
CU*Answers continued to say that there are big plans on the horizon relating to this solution, and also plans to warrant a new document type for the CU*Spy vault.
