West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO Xtend recently announced its second quarter outbound marketing campaign performance continued to improve. Xtend’s Q2 of the RevGen program wrapped up busier than any previous year’s. Xtend completed over twenty campaigns for participating clients, and 34,000 members participating in targeted products, offers, and services at partner credit unions.
This year’s program has also proven to be more diverse in its marketing efforts than any previous year. RevGen’s previous program years have looked primarily at loan revenue efforts, but 2018 has shown a variety in marketing self services, loans, and savings accounts, totaling over six different types of products and services offered to members by Xtend in this quarter alone.
