Xtend, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, announced that three credit union partners have contracted the CUSO to handle many of their daily bookkeeping tasks. The credit unions are: New York City-based Consumers Federal CU, Muskegon, MI-based Michigan Coastal CU and Grand Haven, MI-based Tri-Cities CU. These new partners will be supported by the CUSO’s SRS (Shared Resources and Staff) business unit, which currently provides back office support for fifty-two (52) credit unions in thirteen (13) states.

“We are excited to bring these new credit unions on board,” says Diane Kilgore, Manager of the CUSO’s SRS Bookkeeping unit. “Our teams have provided stand-in support for each of these partners from time to time during the past couple years and that really helped us earn their trust and confidence. When they approached us about handling the repetitive back office work so their internal teams could focus on other needs of the business, our only question was ‘how soon can we start’? We look forward to working with each of these credit unions for as long as they need our help.”
