Xtend Inc., a West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently announced that Unison Credit Union signed on and launched Xtend’s ‘Losing the Love’ program, making them the first client to join in 2019. Xtend now has 5 credit unions signed on for this program which focuses on assisting credit unions with member retention and recapturing the loyalty and engagement of members losing interest in their membership with the credit union.

“We have been working hard to reduce our current number of dormant accounts and eventual account closures,” said Abby Hopfensperger, marketing manager at Unison. “Losing the Love will allow us to identify at-risk accounts before they hit the dormancy report. We are excited about the opportunities this will offer us!”
