Xtend Communications is promoting a free two-month trial of their social media management software to help credit unions manage their social media strategies and accounts. The social media portal allows credit unions the ability to access all their social media accounts in one place to allow for more efficient ways to post and respond to members.
Currently, Xtend offers two different service levels to help credit unions manage their social media. Self-service allows the credit union to access the portal and maintain their accounts themselves, while providing a more efficient way to manage everything in one place. The collaborative service level helps credit unions that may need an extra hand with creating and executing social media posts and reporting. With this service level, Xtend meets with each credit union monthly to design a social media marketing strategy for the upcoming month, and then creates and posts on the credit union’s behalf while wrapping up the month with a monthly report on engagement.
“Social media has been an emerging marketing channel, especially during the pandemic,” said Megan Pieper, Assistant Manager of Communications. “Not only are the majority of our credit unions utilizing it, they are searching for a more efficient way to schedule posts, respond to members, and do reporting which we feel confident this software provides.”
