Xtend, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Credit Union Service Organization, has announced the launch of its social media management service on May 4, 2020. Social Media Management will allow credit unions to connect their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts in one single-sign on portal. This portal provides various features like post scheduling calendars, social listening tools, custom approval workflows, and allows users to respond to client questions and direct messages. Xtend will also be offering to partner with credit unions to manage their social media accounts for them.

“The introduction of a social media portal provides numerous tools that will make social media management as a whole easier for credit unions,” said Megan Pieper, Xtend’s Digital Marketing Coordinator. “We are excited to give access to this portal to credit unions in the hopes that it will make their jobs a little easier and their social media more effective. We are also excited to help take the burden off some credit unions by designing a social media marketing calendar, creating and publishing social posts, and tracking data and metrics for them.”
