Xtend works alongside credit union and CUSO clients and owners to develop products and services that benefit the greater community of client owners. In March 2022, Xtend rolled out its new credit card journey product. This new offering will help communicate and educate members about their new credit cards based on their current relationship with the credit union. Mixing member education and data analytics into one product, the new journey was designed to help ensure members are informed of how they activate their card, where they can check their balance, and how to pay, to name a few examples.
This is one of many “journey” offerings the CUSO has rolled out over the past few years, joining the ranks of new member onboarding, member attrition (Losing the Love), and new loan journey.
