Xtend hosts on-site training for Michigan credit unions

The Xtend Communications team collaborated with West Michigan Credit Union and Bloom Credit Union, Divisions of WMCU for an on-site training session. With West Michigan Credit Union and Bloom Credit Union’s merger earlier this year, the focus was to ensure all staff were knowledgeable in Member Service trackers to streamline processes across the now 12 branches.

“Xtend cares greatly about sharing knowledge and strategy we develop in-house with our credit union and CUSO partners, so being invited to this larger event put on by WMCU for the first time since their merger was a monumental honor for our Communications team,” said Sarah Ashby, AVP of Communications. “We value every opportunity to connect directly with credit union and fellow CUSO staff and embrace the chance to learn from each other. Supporting WMCU for one of the training sessions at their event is just one of the ways Xtend continues to demonstrate the cooperative and collaborative spirit we embody each day.”
